Step 10 - Original document verification from the Seller or Builder Step 11 - We have associated with well qualified auditors for TDS purpose, service tax issues, capital gain purpose in respect of buying & selling of the properties Step 12 - Presentation of sale deed before the concerned Sub Registrar office for registration of the said sale deed. Step 13 - Applying for patta in the name of the Purchaser Step 14 - Applying for EC after registration of the sale deed Step 15 - Finally we will provide legal opinion report to the Purchaser or Seller.
